The Pro-Star curriculum videos not only show how the technique is executed but also how to present it to the class. Every aspect of the class, including warm up, drills, new skills and cool down is pre-planned and organized for your school.

Less Staff = Less Stress
The rotating curriculum design of Pro-Star allows you to teach the same material to multiple ranks in each class. Our unique eight-week semester program establishes a base set of skills and then introduces new techniques each semester. This way all of the students in the class will be equally challenged and progress regardless of rank. This means one instructor can teach a class with six different ranks and keep them all engaged and excited about the material.
Advanced Black Belt Ranking
Many school owners end up in an “orphaned” situation when their instructor closes his school or leaves the arts for whatever reason. Gaining higher rank becomes a confusing challenge for black belts seeking to advance. Pro-Star Martial Arts provides advanced black belt ranking through the Martial Arts Teachers’ Association (Pro-Star).
International Brand
