What Makes Pro-Star Unique?
Pro-Star is a licensed curriculum program.
The curriculum delivery system is the key that makes the program unique. It’s a kickboxing-based program designed by John Graden and Joe Brignoli.. Mr. Graden is a 7th degree under Joe Lewis and the youngest person ever inducted into the Joe Lewis Honor Roll. Joe Brignoli is one of the most experienced martial arts consultants in the industry, having taught at 6 different schools before he opened a chain of 7 locations of his own.
On the Pro-Star Web site is a lesson plan for each class. Each segment of the lesson plan is a streaming video segment that will demonstrate the Warm Up, Cool Down, Required Material and Drills for each class:
